1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lead Forward HQ’s leadership development platform, including subscriptions, content, templates, coaching, classes, and community forums. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Terms

Billing & Renewal: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lead Forward HQ or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all recurring subscription fees until canceled. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing upon reasonable notice.

3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Ownership: All content and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to videos, lessons, workshops, coaching materials, templates, worksheets, assessments, playbooks, frameworks, downloads, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary content (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to Lead Forward HQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lead Forward HQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal or internal business use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Template Use: Templates, worksheets, and other downloadable resources are intended to support leadership development and internal business use. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, human resources, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you adapt and use these materials.

Prohibited Use: Unless expressly authorized in writing by Lead Forward HQ, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit the Content.

  • Share, transfer, or allow others to access your account or membership.

  • Record, photograph, livestream, or redistribute coaching sessions, workshops, or other live events.

  • Use the Content to create competing products, training programs, or commercial offerings.

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

  • Use the Content or Services to train or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models, except as expressly permitted by Lead Forward HQ.

Lead Forward HQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services and pursue any available legal remedies for violations of this Section.

4. Coaching & Workshop

Lead Forward HQ offers coaching, workshops, and other professional development services. Participation in these Services may require acceptance of additional service agreements, policies, or terms specific to the purchased offering.

Scheduling, cancellations, refunds, participation requirements, confidentiality expectations, and other service-specific terms are governed by the applicable service agreement and related policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Community Forums

Access: Forums are segmented by tier. Posts must be made under your account identity (anonymous posting is not allowed).

Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content or restrict users who violate community guidelines.

6. Respectful Participation

All users are expected to:

  • Show respect for coaches and peers

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences

  • Avoid offensive or discriminatory language

  • Engage constructively in discussions

Violation of these standards may result in removal from the platform or services.

7. Privacy & Data

Data Collected: We collect personal information including your name, email, and any assessments or session materials you upload.

Session Notes: Coaching notes are securely stored and accessible only to your coach and Lead Forward HQ leadership.

8. Disclaimers

No Guarantees: Outcomes vary based on individual effort. Lead Forward HQ does not guarantee results.

Not a Substitute: Coaching services are not therapy, legal, HR, or financial advice.

9. Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, County of Wake. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in that jurisdiction.
