You can change your membership tier at any time. Here's how:
Log in to your current account.
Click on Account (top right corner).
Select Manage Subscription.
Click on Cancel Subscription to end your current tier.
Visit the Lead Forward HQ home page.
Choose your new desired membership tier and complete the checkout process.

Updating your payment method is easy and can be done at any time:
Log in to your current account.
Click on Account.
Select Account Settings.
Choose Payment.
Click on Add New Payment Method.
Enter your new payment details and ensure Set as Default is enabled for your preferred payment method.

If you forget your password:
Click on Forgot Password on the login page.
Enter the email associated with your account.
You'll automatically receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

You can update the email associated with you account at any time:
Log in to your account.
Click on Account in the top right corner.
Select Account Settings.
Click Profile.
Select Email.
Enter your desired New Email address.
Click Save.
Verify your new email address via the confirmation email sent to your new address.

You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Log in to your account.
Click on Account in the top right corner.
Select Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, you'll retain access to all content until the end of your current billing period. Once your paid subscription ends, access will be discontinued and the subscription will not renew.
