Cancellation & Refund Policies

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions, classes, and coaching services provided by Lead Forward HQ.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on the plan.

  • No refunds are issued for unused time.

  • You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation.

1:1 Coaching

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or transfer.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • If a coach determines a client is not a good fit, the client will be refunded for any unused sessions in their package.

Group Coaching

  • Must cancel at least one week before the first session for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within one week of the start forfeit the full group coaching package.

  • If a group is canceled by Lead Forward HQ, a full refund will be issued.

Classes

  • Must cancel at least one week in advance to receive a refund or transfer to another class.

  • If a class is canceled by Lead Forward HQ, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for classes and coaching may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
